Terms of use
Agreement
These terms apply when you use Form., made by GRYD AS, Norway. They add to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which also applies. If the two conflict, Apple’s agreement wins.
What Form. is
Form. is a habit tracker. It helps you plan, remember and complete habits. It is not medical advice. If a habit concerns your health or medication, follow your doctor, not the app.
Form. Pro
Form. is free for up to three habits. Form. Pro is an auto-renewing subscription that unlocks more. The price and period are shown in the app before you buy.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your iPhone’s Settings. If a free trial is offered, any unused part ends when you buy a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple.
Your data
Your data stays on your iPhone, so keep a backup if it matters to you. Form. can export your data as a file in Settings › Data management. We cannot restore data we never had.
Use
Use Form. for your own lawful purposes. Do not copy, resell or reverse engineer the app, except where the law allows it.
The app as it is
We work to keep Form. reliable, but we provide it as it is. Features may change. To the extent the law allows, GRYD AS is not liable for indirect loss or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Norwegian law.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. Norwegian law applies. Questions go to form@gryd.no.
